Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in Site ██ in a room 15 feet x 15 feet with two chairs and table only. There are no physical contacts to be made with SCP-XXXX and so only word commands are to be used.
Description: SCP-XXXX is 6 feet tall, young, fit looking male around its 25 years. It was discovered in █████ in Czech Republic, because of natural anomalies and multiple sightings of winged humanoid creature. As Dr. ████ arrived SCP-XXXX immediately surrendered and until its arrive to Security Site 17. As it realized where it is located it immediately insisted on being replaced to Site ██. After multiple threats from SCP-XXXX and "deal" with Dr. ████ to answer further questioning without exceptions it was replaced to Site ██.

Addendum A: SCP-XXXX got soon nicknamed "Angel" after showing its powers of bending life energy with its will and so nature events too, but mainly because of its similarity to SCP-343. First usage of such powers was at Site 17 when one of security guards tried to calm him down after his arrive. Security guard Thomas ███████ was killed after he touched SCP-XXXX on arm. Light came from SCP-XXXX and burned T. ███████ down. Later on he was taken to SCP-███ for █████████████. After that O-5 council agreed on taking SCP-XXXX to Site-██. This accident is further to be refered as SCP-XXXX-1.
Addendum B: As SCP-XXXX was replaced to Site ██ it immediately said that it is going to speak only with "The Watch". O-5 Council formerly did not met this condition and locked SCP-XXXX in a cell with minimum amount of water and food. After 1 month and 2 weeks SCP-XXXX walked through the cell wall to the hallway and cantina. There it sat down and waited to be contained again. O-5 Council decided then to meet requirements of SCP-XXXX.
Addendum C: First questioning by "The Watch" without problems. SCP-XXXX was asked total of 9 questions only to get better view on what exactly SPC-XXXX is and few other. During SCP-XXXX and "The Watch" topic came out called Ascension. Further in report only for O-5 Council.

The Watch: "So let's get started. First question…
Angel: "Why being so rush? Here we have got all time we need."
The Watch: "I guess you could say that for yourself. So far as I can tell time really is not your concern is it?"
Angel: "Being observant I see."
Doctor ????: "Keep the line of questioning."
The Watch: "Yes…yes… So first question. What is your name?"
Angel: "A name? I supposed I am humanoid so it is understandable question. However… Nevermind. You can call me Daniel."
The Watch: "Ok Daniel. Who or what exactly are you?"
Daniel: "I suppose your scientists are really excited about me aren't they? Asking me this question immediately. You are somehow colder than usual…"
The Watch: *notes* "We will comeback to that later. Now please answer question Daniel."
Daniel: "Oh calling me by my name. Well. I suppose your scientists are closest to the truth as possible by nicknaming me Angel."
The Watch: "So are you the biblical kind or your defition of Angel is different than that?"
Daniel: "Depends on how you define "Angel". Is it holy winged creature? Emissary of God? Or just very powerful being?"
The Watch: "That's what I was asking."
Daniel: "I cannot say everything to you. If I would this conversation would be fast over."
Doctor ????: "It will be fast over if you do not hold your part of a deal and answer question."
The Watch: *adds to doctor* "Please."
Daniel: "Part of the deal was that I am answering questions only of The Watch. The questions he is saying here are yours Doctor ????. Not his. I am answering them only out of good will."
Doctor ????: "Come here Watch."
*cut of screen*
*The Watch returns to the room: "Okay. From now on I will be asking questions only of my own. No more sheets."
Daniel: "Okay then."
The Watch: "Do you regret what happened on Site 17?"
Daniel: "Of course I do. Poor Thomas. I hope his wife is doing fine by now. I am still not used to this form. I am very sorry."
The Watch: "What do you mean by "this form"?"
Daniel: "Well what do you think I mean?"
The Watch: "We have hold every part of deal so far. Please do the same."
Daniel: *sighs* "I mean this human body."
The Watch: "So you were not human before we found you in Czech Republic?"
Daniel: "Again depends on how you define human. By a flesh and bones. Or mind and soul."
The Watch: "So you did not have physical body. However you became to have one. Is it that you just choose it or…"
Daniel: "Kind of yes…"
The Watch. "Is it possible other way around?"
Daniel: "Yes however Ascension requires more than just will."
The Watch: "Ascension?"
Daniel: "Yes and I think this is it for now. You have learned about me more than enough."
The Watch: "Said something you did not want to?"
Daniel: "Perhaps. For now. I will just observe. As you do all the time."
The Watch: "You know your position very well. You know that we do not know how to force you into things yet."
Daniel: "Indeed."
The Watch: "One last question. You said I am colder than usual. And you have shown that you know about Foundation a lot. So it means you were observing. And the fact that -"
Daniel: "Let's comeback to that later. For now. Good evening Watch.

Watch: "Shall we begin?"
Daniel: "Sure."
Watch: "Ok then. So right from the start I would like to ask question I wanted to ask you last time. How do you know so much? Does it something have to do with this other form after "Ascension"?
Daniel: *sighs* "Yes."

Watch: "Can you please answer also the first part of the question?"
Daniel: "Sure. I was observing you here. Everything you do. What do you contain. And even all SCPs."
Watch: "How is it that we were not able to see you?"
Daniel: "How is it that people in front of camera do not see those behind camera? Or more correctly. How does negotiation room work?"
Watch: "So you just chose. Not to be seen? Put mirror in front of yourself?"
Daniel: "Simply put."
Watch: "How long were you observing us?"
Daniel: "Hmmm hard to tell. Time is relative a lot when you are ascended."
Watch: "Try it."
Daniel: "I do not know exact time. But I guess you can date it to the day you "contained" SCP-343."
Watch: "So you are connected to him."
Daniel: "You can say it like that."

Daniel: "Not directly since I ascended, but thanks to him… more than half ascended are what they are."
Watch: "So there are more ascended beings?"
Daniel: "Oh yes. Quite many actually. But there were not new beings ascended after year 1854. Except me."
Watch: "So you are basically newcomer."
Daniel: "Yes actually."

Watch: "You mentioned some disobeying rules. I guess that it means that you were not supposed to ever come here. Did the others just let you?"
Daniel: "I convinced them that it is for the best."
Watch: "How?"
Daniel: "Since his departure… It was not so peaceful place up there. Some of the others do not know what do next. After all they all ascended after 60 years or so and now they are alive for more than centuries. So I told them I would look here what made him come here and convince him to go back."
Watch: "Why were you afraid to be near him then?"
Daniel: "I still broke one of his rules and even now by speaking to you I am on thin ice. But I found out what was so tempting here so it made him come here."
Watch: "What is it?"
Daniel: "Ice would break quick if I would tell you. There are some things I just cannot say."
Watch: "What would happen?"
Daniel: "Either I would be departed back up and forbidden once for all to talk to you. Or I would be fallen angel you could say."
Watch: "What does that mean?"
Daniel: "They would let me in this form and take all my memories and abilities so I am simply…. human."

Daniel: "What's up? You are not believer?"

Daniel: "Oh yes that thing. Poor little creature."

Daniel: "You could say it is failed experiment."
Watch: "How so?"
Daniel: "He tried to make some kind of form that would be undestroyable and [REDACTED]. However he was abondoned and that is why he despises humans and him."

Daniel: "Could be. But I do not think that is the case."

Watch: "I see."

Daniel: "You could say that. I was born with disorder that immediately senteced me to death. I was not supposed to live up to 15 years. However I was born to rich family so I got all the possible treatment. But I was already ready to die. But before. I studied. I wanted to know all the secrets of space before I died. And once I figured out something. It was so simple to find yet so complicated. When I found that and I died. There was a woman. She was called Daria. And she is the one that helped me ascend. She said I figured out something that no one could. The answer to [REDACTED]."
Watch: "So all ascended can help other beings ascend?"
Daniel: "Only if they are ascended high enough. If we would be taking it to numbers. Daria was 7 out of 10 and I am around 4 maximaly 5. And so I cannot ascend somebody else."
Watch: "So there are levels. Okay. Next question. What did you figure out that she helped you?"
Daniel: "I cannot say."

Daniel: "Yes. And giving you free will was probably his biggest mistake he ever made."

Daniel: "It will sound rude. But imagine you trained a dog to win races and then you just throw him to the forest. All the effort gone and from beautiful dog becomes street dog."
Watch: "So we are awful. Another reason SCP-682 hates us?"
Daniel: "Yes. There are many reasons. Another reason that could maybe interest you is that SCP-682 [REDACTED].
Watch: "Did you hear that doc?"
Doctor *: "Yes. Noted."
Watch: "Ok let's move on"

Daniel: "Another failed experiment. All I am going to say."

Daniel: "Yes indeed. However I cannot say what."

Watch: "What about SCP-049 and The Pestilence. What do you know?"
Daniel: "The Pestilence. Yes… Well. I cannot say exactly what Pestilence is or if it is. But. I agree on one with doctor. Humans tend to self-destruct themselves. It does not matter if it would be pestilence or nuclear weapons. That is also why it was mistake for him to give you free will."
Watch: "Interesting."

Daniel: "Yes indeed and I was so tempted to tell you immediately, but I waited."

(Light showed up behind SCP-XXXX and there was flash sight of SCP-343 touching SCP-XXXX's arm and then disappearing.)
